Seperti motor yang baru kita beli, tebeng, spion, slebor dan accessories lainya masih menempel dengan indahnya. karena kita beli motor untuk " balapan " maka harus mempreteli accessories yang nggak kepakai hingga Tune Up mesin, biar larinya kuenceng… Begitu juga dengan Windows XP yang terinstall di komputer kita, setiap komputer di hidupkan ada beberapa aplikasi - aplikasi ( service ) otomatis berjalan, ada yang berkaitan dengan kerjaan kita untuk audio, ada juga yang tidak. Optimal-kan Xp anda menjadi seperti ini :

• Non aktifkan Remote Assistance : Start > Settings > Control Panel> System > Remote > Untick Allow remote assistance invitations to be sent from this computer
• Fix Swap File Size (Virtual Memory : Start > Settings > Control Panel > System > Advanced > Performance Settings > Advanced > Virtual Memory Change > Custom Size. Set initial dan maximum ukuran di samakan
• Percepat Menus : Start > Run > Regedit > HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Control Panel > Desktop Folder. Set MenuShowDelay menjadi 1
• Non aktifkan Off line Files : Start > Settings > Control Panel > Folder Options > Offline Files centang di kosongkan "Enable Off line Files"
• Non aktifkan Remote Desktop : Start > Settings > Control Panel > System > Remote > centang di kosongkan "Allow users to connect remotely to this computer"
• Non aktifkan Internet Synchronise Time : Start > Settings > Control Panel > Date and Time > Internet Time > kosongkan centang "Automatically synchronize with internet time server"
• Non aktifkan Hide Inactive Icons : Start > Settings > Task bar and Start Menu > Task bar TAB > kosongkan centang "Hide Inactive Icons"
• Non aktifkan Automatic Desktop Clean up Wizard : Start > Settings > Control Panel > Display > Desktop > Customise Desktop > kosongkan centang "Run Desktop Clean up Wizard every 60 days"
• Non aktifkan NTFS Last Access Time Logging (NTFS File Systems Only) : Start > Run > regedit > HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > System > CurrentControlSet > Control > Filesystem. Add a new DWORD value - "NtfsDisableLastAccessUpdate" and set value to 1.
• Non aktifkan Notification Area Balloon Tips : Start > Run > regedit > HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > Microsoft > Windows > CurrentVersion > Explorer > Advanced. Create a new DWORD value called EnableBalloonTips and set to 0.
• Non aktifkan CDROM Auto play : Start > Run > regedit > HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > System > CurrentControlSet > Services > Cdrom. Set autorun menjadi 0.
• Non aktifkan Disc Indexing Service : Right Click Start > Explorer > Right Click Each Disc > Properties > kosongkan centang "Allow Indexing Service to index this disc for fast file searching"
